The selection of a 'good small and medium-sized company to work for' was made in a situation where even high-quality companies are experiencing a vicious cycle of job shortages and low growth due to the phenomenon of avoiding employment by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Selected together with Korea Employment Information Service, Korea Enterprise Data, Sarain, and Job Planet by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry to discover and introduce SMEs with excellent working environments to help them find good jobs.
